In 24 of my 38 years I was an officer for a publicly traded AMEX company as its Vice President and a member of the board of directors.

Berns currently operates as president of The Housing Marketing Team which serves as a consultant to numerous local and National Builders and regional niche Builders. I also have numerous clients in western NC that range from regional and small builders to banks and National Builders.
STEPHEN GRAVETT
30 years of experience as a builder/developer in Florida and North Carolina. After leaving the Air Force as a pilot in 1974, I acquired my real estate skills by developing major projects throughout Florida, including South Florida, Naples, Ocala, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville.
I was fortunate to have worked for two of Florida’s most distinguished residential and commercial builders before going on my own 13 years ago. My involvement in western NC real estate spans over 15 years. Most recently I have developed 3 successful communities In Hendersonville, NC and a successful 90 acre land development community in Franklin, NC. My current consulting endeavors include the following:

use project(s) in Franklin, NC - 285 acre gated residential mountain view
community in Franklin, NC - Ongoing real estate consulting for a major western NC bank
